Stay Cozy, It's Christmas with Sonno!

1. GENERAL

1.1. This campaign is organised by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This campaign is open to all public in Singapore only regardless of their nationality.

2.2. Campaign is only for Sonno customers who purchase any mattress from 1 - 31 December 2020.

3. FREEBIES & DISCOUNTS

3.1. Any purchase of mattress Sonno Original, customer will receive pillow(s) for free. Single/Super Single will be receiving 1 pillow (Worth $99) and Queen/King purchase will be 2 pillows (Worth $198).  (the "List of Free Gifts"). 

3.2. Any purchase of Sonno Lite, customer will enjoy $30 off. 

4. DISCOUNT CODE

5. ENTRY PERIOD

5.1. The Christmas 2020 Campaign begins at 12:00 am EST on Dec 1, 2020, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on Dec 31, 2020 (the “Entry Period”).

5.2. Any purchase before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible to enjoy these deals.

6. NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMERS

6.1. No cash alternative to the free items offered. The free items is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the free gift with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

7. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

7.1. The organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Christmas campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. 

7.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access.

7.3. In the event that a customer is requesting for a return or refund, customer will need to return the mattress purchased along with the free items.
