Sonno Spin to Win Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL

1.1. This Lucky Draw is organized by Sonno Singapore Pte Ltd (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company.

1.2. There is no entry fee to enter this Lucky Draw.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This Lucky Draw is open to all public in Singapore only regardless of their nationality.

2.2. Participants may only spin the #StayinBed and Spin to Win Lucky Draw wheel once. Multiple spins or entries will be disqualified.

2.3. Participants must fill in their names and email address before spinning the Lucky Draw wheel to be eligible for the prize.

3. WINNERS & PRIZES

3.1. The prizes consist of 5 (five) Sonno Bed Sheet set, limited to one per winner, as well as Sonno vouchers in denominations of $10 limited to 60 vouchers, limited to one per winner with the purchase of any bedding accessories (including pillow, duvet, bed sheet), and $30 off limited to 30 vouchers with the purchase of any Sonno mattress(es) (the "List of Prizes"). 

3.2 The vouchers for purchase can only be used once.

3.3. We reserve the right to choose the winners based on our own discretion. Prizes may vary depending on the availability of our stock.

3.4. The prizes shall be announced with a coupon code via email, with which winners can redeem at our checkout webpage.

3.5. The prizes are only redeemable within the "Entry Period" of the Lucky Draw on a first-come-first-serve basis. The availability of vouchers is strictly limited to the number of vouchers offered in the List of Prizes. Vouchers that are redeemed after a prize has been fully redeemed will be nulled and void.

3.6. The winners of Sonno Bed Sheet should reach out to support@sleepsonno.com in order to redeem the prizes and to provide necessary information for the Sonno team to proceed with the redemption.

3.7 The Sonno 30-night trial and 1-year warranty are not applicable to the Sonno Bed Sheets that are given out as free gifts in this #StayinBed and Spin to Win Lucky Draw.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

4.1. The #StayinBed and Spin to Win Lucky Draw begins at 12:00 pm (GMT+8) on July 5, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm (GMT+8) on July 31, 2021 (the “Entry Period”).

4.2. Spins or entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible or entertained.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5.1. Participants shall fill in their names and email address before spinning the  #StayinBed and Spin to Win Lucky Draw wheel.

5.2. The participant will then click on the  #StayinBed and Spin to Win Lucky Draw wheel on Sonno’s website to spin the wheel.

5.3. The participant will be notified of their winning immediately after spinning the wheel in the form of a voucher code. 

5.4. Only one spin and/or entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5.5. By entering this Lucky Draw, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.6. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.

6. JUDGING

6.1. The judging will be conducted by an automated system, which will automatically select a prize for the participant in the form of a voucher code.

6.2. Sonno reserves the right to conduct manual judging by a panel of judges selected by Sonno at our sole discretion.

7. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

7.1. The prize will be announced immediately on a pop-up window on the same website after the participant has spun the  #StayinBed and Spin to Win Lucky Draw wheel. Winners can redeem their prizes using the given voucher code during the checkout on Sonno Singapore Pte Ltd official website.

7.2. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7.3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

7.4. Sonno is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.

8. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

8.1. The organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the Lucky Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.

8.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access.

8.3. The organizer will display the names of the winners and the titles of the winning entries on contest-related websites and social media accounts, write-ups, and in other publications where the works are shown.

8.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant requested to return the prize.

8.5. The organizer may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the contest, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
