100 Nights Trial

Within 100 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your Sonno Original* or Sonno Lite, let us know and we'll arrange for your mattress to be picked up. Your total payment to Sonno Singapore Pte. Ltd. will be refunded. To be eligible for a return, you must be a full-paying customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 25 days before you can initiate the return. It takes some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, so this is why we ask you to try the mattress for at least 25 days. You would also be required to show an invoice for a new 100% foam (for Sonno lite purchases) or foam & latex (for Sonno Original purchases) mattress purchased anywhere. A foldable mattress does not qualify as an equivalent replacement mattress.
