Subject to the following general conditions:

• Limited to 1 trip per household per month, up to a max of 3 bulky items per trip.
• To avoid corridor obstruction, items should only be placed outside the unit only on the collection day.
• Bookings must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
• Days and timings varies according to different town councils.
• Item must be able to fit into your block’s lift and the item’s weight must be manageable for a single person to move.
• Does not include dismantling/removal of built-in furniture (e.g. bed frames/cabinets/drawers/wardrobes) & House Moving

Kindly note different town councils may impose additional conditions.
