The Sonno Mattress thickness is 23 cm (9 inches), while the Sonno Lite is 18 cm (7 inches).
Our medium-firm mattresses are 6.5 to 7.5 on a firmness scale of 1-10, with 1 being very soft and 10 being hard.
The Sonno Original comes in four different sizes with specific weights:
• Single mattress: 20 kg
• Super Single mattress: 23 kg
• Queen mattress: 32 kg
• King mattress: 38 kg

We put the Sonno mattresses through serious testing for comfort, design and most importantly, safety. Sonno mattress is SGS certified.
You may be surprised to find out that the mattress you are lying on could, in fact, be acting as a radiation antenna. This is a problem because an antenna will amplify electromagnetic waves, and some electromagnetic radiation has been linked to certain diseases. You don't want to be spending a third of your life lying in an electromagnetic field, yet this is exactly what you are doing if your mattress has any metal in it. Which are the benefits of a latex mattress?
Latex foam is produced by vulcanising liquid latex. The vulcanisation process crosslinks latex particles with sulfur through the application of heat and accelerators such as zinc oxide. Latex does not retain heat and provides a high level of pressure relief from its bounce-back effect. It also provides excellent motion-transfer properties.
We have 2 type of mattresses, the Sonno Original and the Sonno Lite. Sonno Original has 3 layers of Natural Latex, Memory Foam and Support Foam, while the Sonno Lite has 2 layers, Memory Foam and Support Foam. While the Sonno Original is 23 cm (9" thick), the Sonno Lite is 18 cm (7” thick). Sonno Original also has a removable and washable cover, while Sonno Lite has a knitted fabric cover not removable.

The second layer of high density, cooling memory foam provides universal support, great pressure relief and excellent airflow to keep you cool. The third layer of supportive foam enables proper weight distribution across the entire mattress and excellent body support, optimal durability and enhanced airflow.
Payments
1. Checkout as usual: select the items you want and pay with hoolah at checkout. No processing fees, credit checks or waiting time.
2. Enter your details: share more about yourself and add your debit card details for payment.
3. Auto instalments: you no longer need to worry about late repayment. Instalments will be charged automatically on due date.
4. Instalment updates: receive updates for every instalment payment. Keep track of how much you have paid and what’s left.
Atome/ Grab/ Shopback Paylater is a free payment service offered by Sonno. If you are a consumer purchasing with hoolah, you’ll not be charged anything. You only pay what you see. For each purchase (Order), you will be required to make four instalments. If you fail to make an instalment repayment on the due date, we may impose a Late Payment penalty.

Mattress Care
Sonno mattresses are compatible for most bed frames and bases including box foundation, slatted base, adjustable base, and even on the floor. Bear on mind that the firmness might be different according to the base used (i.e. divan and floor base might feel firmer, slatted base might feel softer). We suggest a solid flat surface.
We recommend allowing one hour for your mattress to expand before sleeping on it. After 24 hours, your mattress will have fully taken shape and will perform at its best!
The Sonno mattresses are designed to be used one way up, so flipping is not required. We recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every six months to maximise performance and durability.
Yes, you can do it with the Sonno mattress! Gone are the days of sleeping on dirty, stained mattresses. With the Sonno Original you can easily unzip your mattress cover and hand-wash it in warm soapy water. Remember to line dry the cover and treat it as you would do with your favourite dress. The Sonno Lite does not have a removable and washable cover, however you can easily use a steam cleaner periodically to refresh and sanitise the soft knitted fabric of the cover.
Sonno Original: You can unzip your mattress cover from the side, then wash it with cold water (machine or by hand) and line dry it only. Sonno Lite: You can easily use a steam cleaner periodically to refresh and sanitize the soft knitted fabric of the cover.
Once you have received your new Sonno, setting it up is quick and simple – just follow these steps:
• Unbox your Sonno box on its side in the room you’ll be using it.
• Cut open the outer plastic wrap using the letter opener found inside the box in your welcome kit
• Poke a hole, then slowly glide the blade across the plastic. (Be careful: don’t cut the mattress itself).
• Flatten out your Sonno and tear open the inner plastic wrap with your hands.
• Allow an hour for the mattress to expand. It will take 24 hours to fully expand, but you can use it almost immediately.

The responsive foams we use are designed to provide years of optimal performance, which means we’re able to compress the Sonno mattress without impairing its core structure.
Returns and Warranty
We do not allow any exchanges on sizes and between mattresses.
There’s no need to keep the original box but please keep the plastic wrap.
No, if your order is eligble for a return and refund, we'll refund you less the applicable credit card fees as well as the return delivery fee. The return delivery fee for Single/Super Single matresses are $100 and $150 for Queen/King size mattresses.
We will refund your money after we have received the mattress back at one of our warehouses or associated charities. The refund will be placed on the card or account that you used to make the purchase.
Simply get in touch with us at support.sg@sleepsonno.com and we’ll arrange a pickup from your home after the return form is filled up accordingly.There’s no need to keep the original box but please keep the plastic wrap.
Returned or used mattresses are never resold or re-sent to customers. Instead, we do our best to give away returned mattresses to local charities supporting the homeless and needy. Otherwise, they are sent for professional recycling or disposal.
Sonno mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of delivery and collection. This warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the owner of the product. This warranty covers: • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including physical flaws in the mattress causing the foam materials to split or crack. • Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of 50mm or larger when no weight is applied onto the mattress.
We understand it takes more than a few minutes to know if a mattress is right for you. That's why we offer you a 100-night sleep trial. Try our mattress and if you don’t fall in love with it, we’ll come collect it and give you a refund less the return delivery fee. Due to the time it takes your body to adjust to a new mattress, we have a minimum requirement that you must own the mattress for at least 25 days before initiating the return. Please note that the 100-night sleep trial is limited to one per household and cannot be used to exchange the mattress for another size. Read our Terms & Conditions section to fully understand how it works.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver in 2- 4 working days in Singapore.
The delivery address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, it may be difficult for us to change the details, but do get in touch with us and we’ll see how we can help.
Our dedicated delivery team will usually arrange prior to delivery. If you are not around, we'll usually leave it at the door step and no worries, we will take responsibility if the parcel goes missing. Singapore is safe :)
We are able to assist you to schedule the delivery date from our end. However, the delivery time frame is entirely subject to availability and scheduling by local transporters based on their delivery route. This is because the delivery is made by a third-party transporter through an arm’s length agreement.
Pillow
Experts recommend replacing your pillow every one to three years — but we understand that doesn’t always happen! If your head doesn’t feel supported, you need a new pillow. No matter what position you lie in, the pillow should be under your head (not your shoulders) and its thickness must keep your head to be in a normal position.
Sonno sets out to design a single pillow that could accommodate all sleeping positions. Whether you like to sleep on your side, back or stomach, you will feel supported by The Sonno Pillow.
First, remove the cover from the foam. You can machine wash the cover, in cool water with a mild detergent and a tumble dry on low.
The Sonno pillow is made of one memory foam piece designed to maintain a specific structure to support your head and neck no matter how you sleep. Fill pillows use a variety of materials (cotton, down, polyester, etc.) to make up the inside of a pillow but often need maintenance to keep their shape.
The Sonno pillow is designed in Italy and made by our trusted friends in China.
Bolster
Sonno Bolster is medium-firm.
The external cover is a 240gm Knitted Cover, while internally it is filled with soft polyester and PU foam.
Since it isn't necessary to wash your bolster regularly, we suggest always using a bolster case (part of your bed sheets set), which can be washed frequently. The bolster shape does not fit for a machine wash, but you can always choose to hand wash your Bolster, with cold water only.
Sonno Bolster is 90 cm long, with a diameter of 20 cm.

Our Sonno Signature Bed Frame is proudly made in Malaysia.

Our bed frame is made with 100% oak stained natural rubberwood.
When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products. To dispose of the packaging box in an eco conscious manner, flatten the cardboard boxes or rip them up before putting it in your recycling bin to help save space. Don’t worry about removing tape or labels from the boxes. They will be removed during the recycling process.
Our Signature bed frame is made with 100% solid wood, you can easily wipe it with a damp cloth free from alcohol.
Yes, the Sonno Signature Bed Frame comes with manufacturing defects warranty.
Bed Sheets
Thread count means the number of threads measured by metric square centimetre. Our eucalyptus sheets are 1100 threads per 10 square centimetres. We sleep-tested all our sheets to find a balanced thread count that felt just right, so you’ll sleep cool and your bed sheets will last night after night.
Yup! Our bed sheets can fit both mattresses lengths 190cm (standard Malaysian size, like Sonno mattresses) and 200cm (like Ikea mattresses).
Yup! You can always opt to buy the duvet cover separately.

Our bed sheets set consists of one fitted sheet set (fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 bolster case and pillows case) and the duvet cover.

The Huggy Blanket is designed in Italy and made by our trusted friends in China.
Weighted blankets are designed to relieve stress and create a sense of calm. They do that by providing pressure on the body.
It's just like a blanket or comforter, you can lay your Huggy Blanket on top of your bed sheets or use it while you are watching your favourite movie sitting on your sofa.
